The Influence Mechanism and Practical Path of Parents Participation in Primary School Education Management
Abstract
practice, there are many problems and challenges in parental participation, such as insufficient awareness of parental participation, communication barriers between home and school, different economic and cultural backgrounds of families, tense relationships between parents and
teachers, and limited time and energy of parents. Firstly, many parents are unaware of their multifaceted roles in education., and only focus on
their childrens academic performance while ignoring their overall development. Secondly, due to the lack of effective communication with
parents, the utilization of educational resources by students parents is inefficient. Moreover, the strained relationship between parents and
teachers, coupled with parents time constraints, further limits the breadth and depth of parental involvement in education. To this end, schools
should improve home-school cooperation, optimize communication mechanisms, narrow cultural and economic gaps, encourage parents to
actively participate, and improve the effectiveness of education management.
