Abstract


Under the background of new business science, the cultivation of economic and management talents in colleges and universities is
facing new requirements. The article discusses the cultivation mode of economic and management talents in colleges and universities based
on the background of new business science. The article firstly analyzes the impact of the new business education change on the cultivation of
economic and management talents, and then discusses the construction of the specific cultivation mode of economic and management talents
under the background of the new business, in order to cultivate economic and management talents that can adapt to the development of society, and to provide talent guarantee for the development of social economy.
