Research on Chinas Vocational Education Policies Based on Systematic Literature Review
Abstract
using a systematic literature review approach. It examines key policy transformations, including the development of rural vocational education, the deepening of industry-education integration, and insights from international comparisons. The findings indicate that while policy
adjustments have contributed to the improvement of the vocational education system and alignment with industry demands, challenges remain
in policy implementation, school-enterprise collaboration, and coordination mechanisms. To further optimize Chinas vocational education
policies, this study recommends enhancing policy stability and feasibility, strengthening the synergy of industry-education integration, and
drawing on international best practices to improve adaptability and ensure sustainable development.
