Abstract


Combined with the significance of standardization of training methods and employment channels for business administration talents
in colleges and universities, this paper puts forward the standardization measures of training methods, such as the setting of training objectives, strengthening of practical education and optimization of the curriculum system in accordance with the actual demand, as well as the
standardization measures of employment channels, such as the construction of employment guidance programs by in-depth research, cooperation between schools and enterprises, and the reinforcement of the effectiveness of employment guidance, with a view to enhancing the
employment competitiveness of business administration talents in colleges and universities. In order to provide more references for improving
the employment competitiveness of business administration talents in colleges and universities.
