Abstract


This study explores the application of metacognitive strategies in enhancing listening skills among students at private universities.
In an era where effective communication is crucial, listening competence plays a significant role in academic success and professional readiness. The study highlights important metacognitive techniques that might help students become more conscious of their listening processes,
such as planning, monitoring, and evaluating.
