The Exploration and Practice of the Teaching Assistant - Learning Assistant Model in Foreign Language Talent Development

Jianglian Deng

Abstract

With the development of globalization, the cultivation of foreign language talents faces new challenges. Traditional foreign language teaching models are often teacher-centered, neglecting the development of students self-directed learning motivation and collaborative awareness. To effectively enhance the comprehensive abilities of foreign language talents, this paper proposes a collaborative-oriented
Teaching Assistant - Learning Assistant model for foreign language talent development. By analyzing the theoretical foundation, implementation strategies, and practical outcomes of this model, the study explores its potential in improving students language proficiency, crosscultural communication skills, and teamwork abilities. The research findings indicate that the collaborative-oriented model not only stimulates
students enthusiasm for learning but also strengthens their learning motivation through the guidance of teaching assistants. Through data
analysis and case studies, the paper verifies the practical effectiveness of this model in foreign language teaching, providing a theoretical basis
for future educational reforms.
