Exploration and Practice of an Integrated Ecosystem of Vocational Undergraduate Internship and Employment Based on Ecosystem Theory

Yiwen Wei

Abstract

Based on the ecosystem theory, this paper discusses the construction and assessment of the integrated ecosphere of internship and
employment for vocational undergraduates. By analysing the interaction among multiple subjects such as students, universities, enterprises
and the government, it proposes an ecosystem model consisting of the subject layer, the environment layer, the resource layer and the mechanism layer, emphasizing the interaction mechanism of symbiosis, competition, synergy and dynamic balance. Through the paths of top-level
design optimisation, policy support, resource sharing and interdisciplinary ability cultivation, a sustainable internship and employment ecosystem is constructed to promote the deep integration of the education chain and the industrial chain.
