Abstract

With the deepening process of economic globalization, the demand for professional foreign language talents in the financial field
is growing, and the teaching of financial English has gradually become an important branch of the teaching of English majors in colleges

on the student demand-oriented teaching concept, this paper systematically analyzes the significance of personalized teaching of financial
English, reveals the problems existing in the current teaching process, and puts forward a series of practical countermeasures. The study
shows that the construction of student demand-oriented personalized teaching system can effectively enhance learning enthusiasm, optimize the teaching effect, cultivate compound talents in financial English, and provide new ideas and directions for the reform of financial
