Abstract

through online learning, real-time assessment, technical assistance, active participation, and social interaction. The results demonstrate that the
O-PIRTAS model effectively integrates theory and practice, enhances teaching efficiency, and improves students autonomous learning abilities. Strategies for successful implementation include integrating teaching content and methods, improving student participation, and cultivating autonomous learning. These strategies provide practical guidance for educators and decision-makers in promoting the modernization of
physical education.
