Digital Empowerment: An Analysis of the O-PIRTAS Flipped Classroom Model in College Sports

Abstract


This paper explores the application and implementation strategies of the O-PIRTAS flipped classroom model in college physical
education in the digital era. The research focuses on how this model promotes the healthy development of students physical and mental health
through online learning, real-time assessment, technical assistance, active participation, and social interaction. The results demonstrate that the
O-PIRTAS model effectively integrates theory and practice, enhances teaching efficiency, and improves students autonomous learning abilities. Strategies for successful implementation include integrating teaching content and methods, improving student participation, and cultivating autonomous learning. These strategies provide practical guidance for educators and decision-makers in promoting the modernization of
physical education.
