Research on the Improvement Strategy of University Teachers Teaching Ability from the Perspective of Distributed Leadership

Abstract


With the deepening of educational reform, the improvement of college teachers teaching ability has become the key to the improvement of the quality of higher education. As an emerging leadership theory, distributed leadership emphasizes the decentralization and sharing
of leadership power, and provides a new perspective and path for the improvement of university teachers teaching ability. From the perspective of distributed leadership, this study discusses the strategies to improve the teaching ability of university teachers, in order to provide reference for the improvement of higher education quality.
