Study on the Influence of College Students Employment and Practice Base Construction on Students Career Development

Abstract


Under the background of the rapid development of social economy, the construction of college students employment and practice
base has a far-reaching influence on students career development. This research analyzed the current situation of the construction of the
practice base, and found that although some achievements have been achieved, there are problems such as uneven distribution of resources,
mismatch between posts and majors, imperfect management mechanism, and low participation of enterprises. Internship can improve students skills, help career positioning and enhance employment competitiveness. In order to solve the existing problems, we should strengthen
the construction of practice base by optimizing the layout and resource allocation, improving the education function, strengthening schoolenterprise cooperation and improving the management mechanism, promote the connection of talent training in colleges and universities and
social demand, promote the cooperation between universities, enterprises and government, and cultivate high-quality applied talents.
