Abstract

great significance for improving the quality of ideological and political education. This article takes the perspective of three pronged education as the starting point, and systematically analyzes the practical difficulties in the construction of the system, innovation of methods, team
building, and evaluation mechanism of ideological and political education in universities. Based on this, a practical path for improving the
quality of ideological and political education has been proposed from the dimensions of building a multidimensional collaborative mechanism,
innovating education and teaching models, strengthening the construction of teaching staff, and improving the evaluation and assessment system. Aiming to promote the innovative development of ideological and political education in universities, and to form a comprehensive and
all-round education pattern for all staff.
