The Modern Lessons of University Genetic Environment Theory for the Development of Higher Education in China

Abstract


Based on his special professional background, Ashby studied the development of higher education with his unique biological perspective, which had a great influence on the worlds higher education. As Chinas higher education enters the stage of popularization, the development and progress of higher education faces many new problems and difficulties, and Ashbys theory of university genetic environment
can provide new ideas for the theoretical and practical development of higher education in China.
