Research on the Influencing Factors of College Teachers Work Engagement Based on AMO Model Theory -- Take Chengdu Private Higher Vocational Colleges as an example

Abstract


With the deepening of higher education reform, the level of work engagement of college teachers has become an important guarantee for improving teaching quality and scientific research level. Based on the theoretical perspective of AMO model, this paper discusses
the influence mechanism of teachers Ability, Motivation and Opportunity on teachers job engagement in private higher vocational colleges.
Through questionnaire survey and in-depth interview, this paper makes an empirical investigation on many private colleges in Chengdu. The
results show that teachers professional ability, internal motivation and fair participation opportunities have a significant positive effect on job
engagement. The research provides theoretical basis and practical reference for the optimization of human resource management and the improvement of incentive mechanism in colleges and universities.
