Abstract

Based on the background of the construction of Hainan Free Trade Port, this study comprehensively examines the talent cultivation experience of globally renowned free trade ports, and combines with the actual situation of local English talent cultivation in
Hainan. Drawing on the mature models formed by Hong Kong, Dubai, Singapore and other free trade ports in terms of industry education integration, internationalization orientation, and legal protection, this study deeply explores the contradiction between the demand
and supply of vocational English talents in Hainans cultural and tourism industry, and proposes a path to build a collaborative development mechanism.
