Abstract


This paper focuses on the background of the integration of industry and education, and deeply discusses the construction of the
double-qualified teachers of the tourism management major in the application-oriented undergraduate universities. By analyzing the teaching fusion of double teachers, reveals the current tourism management professional double teachers team construction facing difficulties,
and targeted to cover policy guarantee, training mode, incentive mechanism of multidimensional optimization strategy, aims to applied undergraduate colleges to build high quality tourism management double teachers, promote teaching depth fusion, improve the quality of tourism
management professional personnel training.
