Abstract


Under the double impact of economic globalization and digital wave, the demand for applied talents in the field of financial management is becoming more and more urgent. This paper closely follows the pulse of The Times, deeply analyzes the connotation of the concept of
OBE (Outcome-Based Education), and faces the dilemma of training financial management professionals in the new era. It innovatively puts
forward a set of all-round talent training optimization paths covering precise target positioning, dynamic curriculum update, multiple teaching
innovation, practical practice strengthening and excellent teacher forging, aiming to provide universities with financial management professionals who meet market demand, have solid professional literacy and excellent practical ability, and promote the deep integration of education chain, talent chain and industrial chain.
