Research on the Cultivation of Interdisciplinary Masters Students: A Case Study of the Biochemistry-Composite Masters Program
Abstract
training plans, low professional fulfillment among students, a lack of corresponding supervisory mechanisms, and excessive academic
pressure, all of which hinder the long-term development of interdisciplinary masters education. The cultivation process for biochemistrycomposite masters students (hereafter referred to as biochemistry-composite students) is closely related to their training plans, curriculum systems, faculty quality, and learning experiences, they are a coherent whole. Currently, improvements can be made by optimizing
curriculum systems, reforming teaching practices, and strengthening disciplinary identity to enhance the cultivation mechanism for interdisciplinary masters students.
