The Practical Application of Core Strength Training in College Swimming Teaching

Abstract


In order to improve the swimming level of college students, improve their physical fitness. This paper will analyze the practical application of core strength training method in college swimming teaching based on relevant literature and own teaching experience. Through
research, it is found that core strength level training can improve students physical coordination, avoid sports injuries, provide technical support, and has important practical value. Teachers should not only learn from the advanced experience at home and abroad, but also combine
the actual situation of students, learn swimming posture, develop reasonable core training methods, and provide students with better swimming teaching services.
