Abstract


Focusing on the issue of improving the digital literacy of university teachers under the background of enterprise digital transformation. The article first elaborates on the connotation of enterprise digital transformation, analyzes the current situation of teachers
digital literacy, and then proposes innovative improvement models, including customized training systems, building industry university
research collaboration paths, and creating incentive systems. And provide safeguard strategies from the perspectives of government,
schools, and teachers themselves, aiming to enhance teachers digital literacy and strengthen the adaptability of education and enterprise
digital transformation.
