Exploration of the Practice of “One-Stop” Student Community Funding and Education in Universities

Abstract

University funding for education is an important measure to promote educational equity and cultivate socialist builders and successors. Integrating the funding and education work into the construction of a “one-stop” student community can help build a funding system that
involves all staff, covers the entire process, and provides comprehensive education. This article takes the practice of “one-stop” student community construction as the starting point, analyzes the implementation methods of subsidized education work, and proposes countermeasures
and suggestions for improving subsidized education work, aiming to promote the high-quality development of university subsidized education
work and comprehensively improve the quality of talent cultivation.
