SPOC Mode Teaching Practice based on OBE Concept -- Take the course Catering Enterprise Operation Management as an example
Abstract
This paper takes the course of Catering Enterprise Operation Management as the research object, and discusses the application of
small-scale restricted online course (SPOC) mode based on the concept of achievement-oriented education (OBE) in teaching. By analyzing
the characteristics of OBE concept and SPOC mode, it expounds the feasibility of both fusion, and introduces the SPOC mode based on the
concept of OBE in the specific teaching practice of catering enterprise operation management course, including the design of teaching content,
the organization and implementation of teaching activities and the construction of teaching evaluation system. The practical results show that
this teaching mode is helpful to improve students learning enthusiasm and initiative, improve students professional ability and comprehensive quality, and provides a new way for the cultivation of applied talents.
