Yanjie Xia, Peng Dai*

Abstract

Objective: To explore the application and effect of multi-track teaching mode in genetic diagnosis, counseling and treatment of androgen insensitivity syndrome. Methods: The students (n=142) who were interned in the Genetic Center of our hospital were selected and divided into groups according to the method of random number table, according to the equal proportion: group A received regular teaching (n=71),
group B received multi-track teaching mode (n=71), and the time of inclusion: January 2023 to September 2024. the teaching time of group A
and group B was 3 months, and the data of all indexes of the two groups were statistically compared. Results: After teaching, the examination
scores (theoretical knowledge, clinical practice ability) and teaching effect scores (learning motivation, clinical thinking cultivation, independent learning ability and analytical problem solving ability) of group B were higher than those of group A. P<0.05. Conclusion: Adopting a
multi-track teaching mode in the teaching of genetic diagnosis, counseling and treatment of androgen insensitivity syndrome is conducive to
the improvement of students performance and optimization of teaching effect.
