The Teaching Reform of Human Resource Management Driven by Vocational Skill Rating

Abstract


With the development of social economy and the change in the demand of talent market, vocational skill rating plays an increasingly
important role in the field of human resource management. This paper deeply discusses the necessity of teaching reform of human resource
management driven by vocational skill rating, analyzes the existing problems in current teaching, puts forward targeted reform strategies from
the aspects of course system, teaching methods and teaching staff construction and aims to improve the teaching quality of human resource
management and cultivate more high-quality and skilled talents that meet the market demand.
