Abstract

With the rapid development of modern society, students need to face a serious employment challenge after graduation. Through
the way of career planning education, students can have a deeper understanding of their interests, hobbies, strengths and values. In order to
formulate scientific and reasonable career goals and plans, help students quickly enter the job, and effectively adapt to the career adaptation
period as a newcomer in the workplace. Therefore, this paper mainly explores the influence of career planning season on the career adaptation
period of new workers, and provides some reference and help for relevant teachers.
