How to Empower the Teaching Profession in the Era of Artificial Intelligence
Abstract
teaching profession have received widespread attention. However, existing research still has deficiencies in how to systematically and innovatively use AI to empower the teaching profession. Focusing on the background of the AI era, this paper deeply analyzes the current application
situation of AI in the field of education and explores the obstacles it brings to teachers development. The research findings show that while AI
facilitates education, it also poses challenges to teachers in terms of technological adaptation, role positioning, professional capabilities, and
other aspects. Based on this, this paper puts forward a series of targeted suggestions from the dimensions of technology integration training,
reshaping role positioning, and improving teachers digital literacy, in the hope of providing new ideas and methods for the high-quality development of the teaching profession in the AI era.
