Abstract


Financial English is an important language tool in international business communication. In the teaching process, emphasis should
be placed on cultivating students practical communication ability in English to avoid the phenomenon of dumb English. The teaching of
financial English based on the situational teaching method provides students with simulated international business communication scenarios,
which is conducive to exercising students practical communication ability in financial English. However, it still faces some difficulties in
actual teaching. The article first explores the difficulties faced in the implementation of the situational teaching method of financial English,
and based on the background of industry-education integration, explores the optimization strategies for the implementation of the situational
teaching method of financial English, which is conducive to improving the quality of financial English classroom teaching and cultivating
compound talents that meet the needs of the financial industry.
