Curriculum Connection under the Run-Through Cultivating Modes with the Integration of Secondary Vocational Education, Higher Vocational Education and Undergraduate Education in Vocational Education
Abstract
integration of secondary vocational education, higher vocational education and undergraduate education in vocational education have
become a key path to build a modern vocational education system. This paper takes Hainan province as a research sample and analyzes
the core issues of curriculum connection, teaching mode adaptation and teaching staff construction in the process of secondary vocational
education-higher vocational education-undergraduate education run-through cultivation by analyzing policy system, studying existing
cultivating modes and docking with industrial demand. Based on the demand of industrial upgrading for technical and skilled talents, this
paper proposes some optimizing strategies such as the reconstruction of the course system, the innovation of blended teaching and the
deep integration of industry and education, verifies the effectiveness of these strategies through a pilot experiment and effect evaluation
and aims to provide theoretical reference and practice paths for the sustainable development of the regional run-through cultivating modes
in vocational education.
