The Construction of Digital Finance Practice Bases for Financial and Accounting Talents in the New Era from the Perspective of School-Enterprise Cooperation

Abstract


With the rapid development of the digital economy, the demand of the finance and accounting industry is gradually shifting towards
digital and compound talents. It has become an important way to cultivate financial and accounting talents in the new era to build digital
finance practice bases through the cooperation between schools and enterprises. From the perspective of school-enterprise cooperation, this
paper analyzes the new requirements for accounting talents in the new era, expounds the importance of the construction of digital finance
practice bases, discusses the key links and strategies in the construction process and aims to provide reference for improving the cultivation
quality of financial and accounting talents and meeting industry needs.
