Campus Counsellors in the One-stop Student Community of the University Role Orientation and Dilemmas -- Take Sichuan Normal University as an Example
Abstract

one-stop community, reveals the real-life dilemmas they face, such as blurred boundaries of responsibilities, difficulties in resource integration, and lack of evaluation mechanisms, and proposes optimization paths to provide experience reference for enhancing the effectiveness of
campus counselors in the one-stop student community in colleges and universities.
