Campus Counsellors in the One-stop Student Community of the University Role Orientation and Dilemmas -- Take Sichuan Normal University as an Example

Abstract


Under the background of three-pronged education in colleges and universities, the one-stop student community has become an
important carrier of ideological and political education reform and innovation. As the core participants of this model, campus counsellors assume the multiple roles of educators, service providers and organisers. This paper analyses the role positioning of campus counselors in the
one-stop community, reveals the real-life dilemmas they face, such as blurred boundaries of responsibilities, difficulties in resource integration, and lack of evaluation mechanisms, and proposes optimization paths to provide experience reference for enhancing the effectiveness of
campus counselors in the one-stop student community in colleges and universities.
