With the deepening of higher education reform in the new era, the concept of flexible management is of key value to optimize the
efficiency of education management and improve the quality of personnel training. Based on the management of university education, this paper analyzes in detail the objective and internal requirements of flexible management in the application of universities, and gives a systematic
practical path from the dimensions of building a people-oriented system, improving organizational mechanism, innovating incentive methods
