Abstract


This review synthesizes cross-cultural research on adolescent test anxiety, examining cultural variations and commonalities in its
prevalence, contributing factors, and interventions. It specifically highlights Chinese cultural characteristics and underscores the critical role
of culture in shaping and managing test anxiety. By integrating global findings, the review aims to inform future research and culturally responsive interventions to enhance adolescent mental health and academic outcomes.
