The Influence Mechanism of College Teachers Teaching Efficacy on Teaching Behaviors

Abstract


This paper explores the relationship between college teachers teaching efficacy and teaching behaviors, analyzing how teaching
efficacy influences teaching preparation, classroom performance, and reflection through literature review and case studies. Using teaching examples, it verifies that higher teaching efficacy significantly promotes proactive teaching behaviors. The study suggests universities
strengthen professional support to enhance teachers confidence and capabilities, offering references for teacher training and teaching quality improvement.
