Analysis of the Integration Methods of Flipped Classroom and Information-Based English Teaching in Colleges and Universities

Abstract


As a new teaching model, the flipped classroom emphasizes students self-study through learning resources such as videos outside of
class, while in the classroom it mainly involves interaction, discussion and practice. Information-based teaching refers to the use of information technology means to optimize the teaching process and improve the teaching effect. Combining the flipped classroom with informationbased English teaching in colleges and universities aims to break the shackles of traditional teaching models and improve students learning
efficiency and teaching quality. Based on this, this paper conducts an in-depth analysis of the integration methods of the flipped classroom and
information-based English teaching in colleges and universities.
