College Students Mental Health Issues and Practical Intervention Paths from the Perspective of Comprehensive Aesthetic Education

Abstract


From the perspective of comprehensive aesthetic education, this paper deeply analyzes the existing mental health problems of
college students, and explores the important value of integrating the concept of comprehensive aesthetic education into mental health
education. From multiple dimensions such as curriculum innovation, activity expansion, environment creation, and teaching staff
construction, it systematically expounds the practical paths of mental health intervention for college students from the perspective of
comprehensive aesthetic education, aiming to provide new ideas and effective methods for improving the mental health level of college
students.
