Research on AI Development and Application in Seamanship Craft Teaching -- Intelligent Transformation Path Based on Maritime Practical Teaching
Abstract
undergoing a profound shift from traditional methods to digital and intelligent approaches. This paper focuses on the field of seamanship craft
teaching, systematically analyzes core issues such as shortages in practical training resources, rigid teaching methods, and lagging evaluation
systems, and proposes innovative solutions centered on artificial intelligence (AI) technology. By constructing three key modules---intelligent
simulation training systems, AI dynamic evaluation systems, and digital twin training platforms---and integrating cutting-edge technologies
such as virtual reality (VR), augmented reality (AR), and machine learning, the study achieves highly simulated teaching scenarios, personalized skill training, and precise effect assessment. Empirical research shows that the application of AI technology improves the efficiency of
key skill training by over 40%, reduces teaching costs by 35%, and significantly enhances trainees skill retention and job adaptability. This
research provides theoretical support and practical pathways for the intelligent transformation of maritime education, holding strategic significance for cultivating a new generation of maritime professionals with digital literacy.
