Construction and Practice of a Collaborative Training Mechanism for Foreign Language Talents in Energy and Power Characteristic Universities Empowered by New Quality Productive Forces
Abstract
in energy and power characteristic universities. This paper aims to explore the construction of a collaborative training mechanism for such talents, empowered by NQPF, and elaborate on its practical pathways. Based on the analysis of the connotation of NQPF and its requirements for
foreign language talents, combined with the characteristics of energy and power characteristic universities, specific strategies for building the
collaborative mechanism are proposed from aspects such as training objectives, curriculum system, teaching methods, faculty development,
practical platforms and evaluation mechanisms. Relevant practice cases are also shared, aiming to provide valuable references for foreign language talent cultivation in energy and power characteristic universities.
