Abstract
from the perspective of ideological and political education in the curriculum. It begins by analyzing the current state and significance of mental
health issues among college students. Then, it proposes the theoretical foundation and specific methods for building mental health education courses
from the perspective of ideological and political education in the curriculum. Finally, through case studies, it demonstrates the practical outcomes of
integrating ideological and political education into mental health education courses and addresses the challenges and proposed solutions.
