Abstract

With the growing aging population, elderly individuals often face significant challenges during toileting due to reduced mobility and
cognitive abilities. This study proposes an AI-driven intelligent toilet system tailored to the needs of older adults, integrating real-time posture
recognition, risk alerts, and adaptive control features. In addition, a structured educational intervention mechanism is incorporated to improve
user comprehension and operational accuracy. By combining intelligent sensing with personalized guidance, the system enhances both safety
and usability for elderly users. The proposed design not only addresses physical limitations but also empowers users through targeted training and behavioral support. The findings suggest a promising direction for smart aging products that merge assistive technology with humancentered education.
