Abstract
collaborative education has become one of the core issues in the current reform of higher education. This paper focuses on the human resource
management major of Tarim University, and analyses the existing problems by analyzing the current situation of school-enterprise collaborative education of human resource management major in this university. On this basis, it explores the practical path of school-enterprise collaborative education for human resource management majors in Tarim University.
