This article explores the relationship between self-media and college students mental health, analyzing both the positive and
negative impacts of self-media on their mental well-being. It proposes strategies for addressing these issues from three perspectives:
universities, families, and society, aiming to provide valuable insights for the mental health development of college students in the age
of self-media.
