Research and Practice on the Targeted Training Mode of Tourism and Trade Talents based on the Deep Cooperation between Universities and Enterprises
Abstract
tourism trade sector is becoming increasingly prominent. The gap between traditional university talent development and industry needs is
becoming more evident, necessitating a restructured collaborative education mechanism between schools and enterprises. This paper explores the current challenges and transformation pressures faced by tourism trade education through the lens of deep collaboration between
schools and enterprises. It proposes a three-dimensional integrated collaborative education model: enterprise participation in curriculum
co-construction + real project-driven learning + targeted employment closed-loop training. The research findings indicate that this model
significantly enhances students job competence, practical skills, and professional adaptability, offering new insights into the cultivation of
tourism trade professionals.
