Abstract


This study focuses on the application of the enterprise mentorship system in the training of transportation postgraduates. By analyzing the significant role of the enterprise mentorship system in enhancing postgraduate practical abilities and promoting the integration of
theory and practice, this research explores the problems encountered in its implementation and proposes targeted optimization strategies. The
study aims to provide theoretical and practical support for improving the training system of transportation postgraduates.
