Wei Guo

Abstract

In the context of international communication, it is crucial to cultivate the intercultural communication competence of non-English
majors. This study aims to explore how to construct an effective training model to enhance students communication skills in a multicultural
environment. By sorting out and analyzing relevant theories, a training model covering curriculum setup, innovation of teaching methods,
expansion of practical activities, and improvement of evaluation system is proposed. The research shows that this model helps to enhance
students intercultural awareness, improve their language application and communication skills, and lay a foundation for them to better spread
