Research on Teaching Reform of Foreign Legal Practice Course Based on OBE Teaching Theory

Sicheng He

Abstract

In the training of law students in university, the course of "Foreign Legal Practice" has a short history, but it bears the heavy responsibility of teaching foreign law, explaining cases contents, and exercising practical abilities. Its existing teaching methods are disconnected
from reality. Only by focusing on the specific achievements that students can achieve and creating teaching plans with the OBE concept of
"student-centered" theory could we reconstruct the practical/multimedia curriculum system, improve the assessment system, cultivate professional foreign-related legal practitioners, and meet the practical needs of small and medium-sized enterprises.
