An Analysis of the Integrated Path of Mental Health Education Courses in Primary, Secondary and Tertiary Schools -- Taking the Theme of "Emotional Management" as an Example

Abstract


The integration of mental health education courses in primary, secondary and tertiary schools is an important measure to respond
to the national strategic requirements of mental health work in the new era and improve the mental health quality of students at all levels.
The construction and implementation of the integrated mental health education courses should conform to the physical and mental development characteristics and personality development laws of students. The integration of mental health education courses in primary, secondary
and tertiary schools requires consistent and connectable teaching objectives, progressive teaching contents, teaching methods in line with the
physical and mental development laws of students, and timely and effective teaching evaluations. This paper takes the theme of emotion management as an example to explore the specific implementation paths of the integration of mental health education courses.
