Study on the Synergistic Mechanism of 0-3 Years Old Nursery Institutions and Infant Family Education

Abstract


With the adjustment of Chinas birth policy and the change of family structure, the demand for care services for infants aged 0-3 is
increasing. The coordinated development of nursery institutions and family education has become a key link to improve the quality of early
education, and their complementary and mutually promoting relationship has a far-reaching impact on the all-round development of infants.
At present, there are still some problems between nursery service and family education, such as poor connection, conflict of ideas, scattered
resources and so on. It is urgent to build a scientific and effective coordination mechanism. Based on the development needs of infants, this
study analyzes the importance and practical dilemma of collaborative education, and puts forward specific countermeasures such as establishing communication platform, optimizing curriculum convergence and strengthening professional support, aiming at providing theoretical reference and practical guidance for improving Chinas early education service system.
