Shiyi Yuan

Abstract

With the acceleration of industrial transformation and upgrading, higher vocational education, as the main position of technical and
technical personnel training, faces new opportunities and challenges in its employment guidance. At present, there are some problems in the
employment guidance system, such as being out of touch with industrial demand and insufficient cooperation between schools and enterprises,
which urgently need to be systematically reconstructed under the framework of integration of production and education. Based on the concept of integration of production and education, this study puts forward the construction principle of "double-subject cooperation and whole
process integration", and designs the specific implementation path from three dimensions: organizational mechanism, curriculum system and
service platform. The research results can provide theoretical reference for optimizing employment guidance in higher vocational colleges and
have important practical value for improving the supply quality of technical and skilled talents.
