The Value and Path for Enhancing the Competence of Teachers in Vocational Undergraduate Colleges
Abstract
talents, which is related to the quality of vocational education and national strategic demands, and is of great significance for promoting industrial upgrading. This article elaborates on its value from three aspects: serving national strategies, building a "dual-qualified" team, and
optimizing teaching models. It also analyzes the current problems such as insufficient practical ability, poor collaboration between schools
and enterprises, absence of a training system, and rigid evaluation mechanisms. Targeted measures such as establishing a hierarchical recognition standard, deepening the integration of industry and education, improving the training system, and reforming the evaluation system are
proposed to provide practical guidance for the construction of the vocational undergraduate teacher team, promote the organic connection between the education chain and the industrial chain, and help cultivate high-quality technical and skilled talents.
