Abstract
education. In recent years, with the continuous advancement of educational reform, significant changes have occurred in higher education
teaching and learning policies concerning educational evaluation, disciplinary (program) development, and faculty development. This
paper analyzes the development trends of higher education teaching and learning policies in China, explores their practical application
effectiveness, and proposes suggestions for further optimization, aiming to provide references for the reform of higher education teaching and learning.
